These Terms & Conditions form the user agreement between AsianDating and each member of the platform. By creating a profile, browsing member content or otherwise accessing digitaltechitp.nz, you agree to the terms set out below alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Read this agreement before you register - it explains what we expect from members, what you can expect from us, and how account issues are handled.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

Access to AsianDating - including registration, profile browsing and messaging - constitutes acceptance of this user agreement in full. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to create an account. If you are registering on behalf of another person or an organization, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

We may update this agreement from time to time, and continued use of the platform after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms. If you disagree with a change, your option is to stop using the service and close your account.

2. Member Rights and Responsibilities

Membership on AsianDating comes with a small set of clear obligations designed to keep the community trustworthy for everyone. The clauses below outline what we expect from every member, verified or not.

  • 2.1 Accurate profile information

    Provide truthful information about your age, identity and relationship intentions, and keep your profile details reasonably current.

  • 2.2 One account per person

    Maintain a single personal account. Duplicate, shared or impersonation accounts may be suspended without notice.

  • 2.3 Respectful communication

    Communicate with other members respectfully and refrain from harassment, hate speech or unwanted explicit content.

  • 2.4 No commercial solicitation

    Do not use messaging to advertise services, solicit business or promote external platforms.

  • 2.5 Protect member privacy

    Never share another member's photos, contact details or private messages outside the platform without their consent.

  • 2.6 Never send money to an unmet match

    Never send money, gift cards or financial assistance to a match you have not met in person, no matter how compelling the reason given. This single rule is the most effective protection against romance fraud - see our guide on avoiding romance scams for the tactics fraudsters use.

  • 2.7 Cooperate with verification

    Cooperate with our identity verification process when requested, including photo and document review.

3. Accounts, Suspension and Termination

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates this agreement, submits falsified verification documents, or engages in deceptive or fraudulent behaviour toward other members.

AsianDating applies a zero-tolerance policy to fraud: any account found soliciting money, coordinating a scam or misrepresenting its identity is removed. If you suspect another member is behaving fraudulently, report the profile directly from the conversation thread or reach our support team so the account can be reviewed. You may close your own account at any time; once closed, your profile and photos are removed from active search and matching.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

AsianDating provides a platform for introductions between members; we do not arrange marriages, guarantee compatibility or promise any particular relationship outcome. Decisions about who to message, meet, travel to see or enter a relationship with are made entirely by you, and you are responsible for exercising ordinary judgment and caution at every stage.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AsianDating and its officers, employees and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses connected to interactions with other members. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

5. Changes to These Terms and Contact

We may revise this agreement periodically to reflect changes in our services, technology or legal requirements. Updated terms are published on this page with a new effective date, and material changes are communicated to members through the platform or by email where appropriate. Fees and billing terms, where applicable, are set out at the point of purchase or provided on request.
